Every Europe Makine machine runs under PLC control. The conveyor tunnel has a digital operator panel with a color screen and point-by-point fault diagnostics, and the screen calculates and projects consecutive vehicle pickup times.

The CIRRUS 5N display shows vehicle counters per program, with encryption and optional fault indication. The EPHESUS has counters per program, optional operator encryption and address-indicated fault signalling.

Inverters control the ACROBAT 2X movements, and its pumps sit inside a protected cabin. Europe Makine states low operating and maintenance costs for the ACROBAT 2X and minimal operating and maintenance costs for the EPHESUS.

The EPHESUS horizontal brush carries a Digital Power Control Reader and a safety roller, and its vertical brushes sit on a swing mechanism with an independent reciprocating bearing shaft system. Soft start and soft stop, an emergency stop button and bridge execution motors are standard.

CIRRUS 5N brushes are driven by timing belt or chain with inverter frequency control, and Digital Printing Control manages brush pressure. On the conveyor tunnel, automated power feedback and digital pressure control govern every brush, with soft start and soft stop on all of them.

SUNRISE brushes run on upright trolleys with pressure control, in PE plastic or soft brush material.

SUNRISE gantries use chain-driven energy transmission, which reduces load on the gearbox and motor. Their A1 grade DKP steel frames carry an electrostatic powder coat, with hot-dip galvanization as an option.

A push-button winter drain empties water and chemicals when the temperature falls below +4 °C and rotates the brushes. Water runs through galvanized pipes with electrostatic oven paint, on separate lines for rinse water, shampoo and chemicals, switched by 24 V DC solenoid valves.

On the ACROBAT 2X every metal part is hot-dip galvanized and finished with electrostatic paint.
